I ran 0 times for 0 miles this week ... unfortunately.
I biked 3 times for 37.93 miles this week.
I took 13,571 steps this week according to my Garmin Vivoactive HR (VA-HR) smartwatch.
My VA-HR gives me steps, heart rate, hours slept and floors climbed (take those last 2 data points with a grain of salt).
My Withings WS-50 Smart Body Analyzer scale gives my weight.

There was a #runforkara event that I found on Facebook for Kara Hall, the runner who was killed in Bergen on 5/18. I couldn't run so I walked while I thought of her ... a fellow runner who I will never know. Yes ... I couldn't run. I walked and had to be careful when I placed my left foot. I felt a twinge of pain when I didn't. A mild aarrgghh ... on my #runwithkara. My splits were: 18:18 and 17:08 over the last 0.45 mile.

I can't run, I can walk with a bit of pain if I misplace my left foot. But can I bike? Well ... I set out to find out on Black Beauty ... my nickname for the Trek bike that Christine bought for me from the Bike Zone seven (I think) years ago.

Weather ... so changeable in Rochester during May.

I was awake at 4:52 AM ... I tried to get back to sleep to no avail. So ... I looked at email and Facebook while the day got a bit brighter. I dressed and got out on my bike for a bit farther ride. I disturbed more than a few birds and almost ran over a squirrel. I also ran out of energy on the way back since I only had a small peach before I headed out.

Governor Cuomo has signed an executive order allows stores to not allow entry to anyone who doesn't wear a mask, link here. Almost everyone in Rochester did before that I could see when I was out and about.

I made sure that I had more to eat before I headed out for my morning ride. I put out a little effort but also made an effort to look around at the trees and listened to the birds.
Saturday 5/30/2020: 605 steps, 53/90 resting/peak HR, 8;38 hrs sleep, 173.2 lbs, 1 floor climbed
I felt blah all day. It wasn't until it was almost evening when I realized why. I hadn't gone for a run, walk or bike. Also ... the Pandemic 5 is real. I have gained 5 pounds.
